Leaving arcane at base for a faith build or hybrid isn't a good option, many of the best incantations require points in arcane as well and faith as high as 30 from things I've encountered so far, same goes for weapons. Base arcane would be a significant handicap. Prisoner starts with only 6 Faith, so you would need a lot of level ups before it gets anywhere. Treespear is another good weapon for Faith + Dex. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be many options for weapons that specifically deal Dex-scaling fire damage. If you went Strength, you could use the Magma Wyrm Scalesword. The armors that can hit that poise amount also give good absorption. -Blood-infus
